At Fat Neko Threads, each item is made just for you! Because our products are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printify, we have a slightly different return process than traditional retail stores.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong item
Please make sure to review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

- Defective
- Misprinted
- Or different from what you ordered

To request a replacement or refund:

Order Issues & Claims Window
All claims must be submitted within:

After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
Shipping Issues

Non-Returnable Items
Because items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
- Size exchanges
- Color preferences
- Minor variations in print placement or color (these can occur due to printing processes)
Refunds
If your refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
